Who’s up for a big bowl of creamy Matcha Oatmeal with fresh fruit and cacao nibs?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I am, for sure! And if you love matcha just as I do you will love this recipe!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You’ll need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⅔ cup|60g rolled oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp vegan peanut protein powder (optional – > replace with 1 tbsp peanut butter)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds or chiaseeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup plantmilk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp plant-based yogurt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp matcha⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stir all the ingredients except for the matcha powder together and cook them in a small sauce pan on high heat and reduce to a simmer after about a minute. When your oatmeal starts to thicken up you wanna put it off the stove and stir in the matcha, put a lid on and let it sit for about another 5 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After that, pour the porridge into a bowl and serve with your favorite fruits and other toppings you like and digg in! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
